One way that you can provide valuable information to others is through article writing. <br /><br />Through your articles, you will connect with your reader, and give them information that is far more "real" than the canned marketing materials everyone else is sending them. Remember, your marketing site already takes care of presenting the nuts and bolts of the business. So, in your articles you will share with them some "real" information that explains aspects of your product or business in a more informal manner.<br /><br />For example, if you are in a travel business, you can write generally about the benefits of owning your own home based travel business, the different methods of earning commission from a travel business, the latest travel industry news, etc.. If you're anything like I used to be, you've probably read these ads and rolled your eyes thinking, "Yeah, right. I've been working my tail off, and I can't even find 30 people who will listen to my business presentation in a month, much less who want to join my business." I specifically remember surfing the internet a couple of years ago and reading an ad just like this one. <br />

At that time I knew nothing about attraction marketing, or the importance of stuffing your marketing pipeline full of prospects. My own experience was limited, so my belief level was limited when I heard about people who were sponsoring these types of numbers into their business every month. I did have a reference point for being able to enroll 10 reps into my business in a month because I had had that type of experience before, but the problem was that once I had sponsored all of my family members and friends, my production went way down. Then the people I sponsored would quit, leaving me with the strategy of trying any way I could to get prospects interested in my business. I tried just about all of them...I put fliers up all over the city, placed classified ads in newspapers (not a bad idea if you have an effective marketing plan in place), left "sizzle cards" on tables at restaurants and recruited people I met in public. <br />
<br />
I actually ended sponsoring three people I met at Buffalo Wild Wings one Sunday. While my friends were watching sports and eating wings, I was talking to strangers about my business. The three all joined after much follow up, then promptly quit because they probably weren't looking for a business in the first place. They just joined because I had convinced them to join. One of the biggest keys that I have learned from my study of attraction marketing is that you should never waste your time trying to convince someone to join your business. If you have to drag them in, they'll drag you down. It's just not worth when there is a much better way.<br />
<br />
So, are people really sponsoring 5-30 reps a month? I now know that it really is possible. When my wife and I first started learning about attraction marketing, we were thrilled the first time someone we had never even spoken with joined our business. I knew that we were on the right track when we sponsored six people into our business in a month and we had not met with them personally to show them our business presentation at Starbucks, we didn't cold call a hundred leads, and we didn't drag our family members and friends to hotel meetings. In fact, all of these people contacted us to tell us they wanted to join our business, or they went ahead and joined without even talking to us.<br />
<br />
What we did was create an attraction marketing campaign and filled our marketing pipeline up with interested prospects who eventually became business owners in our business. 5. Links - It is very important to make sure that you include the links to your website in your description. You will want to start off this section with your link as the first thing displayed, then end your description with your link as well.<br />

Make sure you take the time to set up your title, tags and descriptions with the keywords that you want to target because your video content alone will not be picked up by the search engines.<br />

We started studying and applying the principles of attraction marketing and even though we believed what we had read would actually start to happen, it's hard to describe how gratifying it was when it really started working. I remember the day that we had our first complete stranger join our business.<br />

Natasha called me and was excited to tell me the news of the day. Someone we didn't know had joined our business, and Natasha had called our sponsor to share the news with him. Our sponsor was an old school network marketer who didn't quite understand the concept of what we had been "working" on for the past several weeks. She was right, this person had found some of the blog articles that she had written, liked what he read and decided to join on our team. Our sponsor was shocked that we had actually sponsored someone into our business without even talking to them, but he assured us that it was obviously a special circumstance, not a trend that would continue. I'm not sure how many people joined our business in a similar manner before he finally started to see that we were on to something real...maybe the 14th or 15th. Additionally, no matter how many times it happens, it never gets old! Even though we know it will happen again and again, we can't help but act a little surprised each time it does.<br />
<br />
Just a couple of weeks after beginning my new business, my results are beginning to "surprise" me again. It really never gets old...<br />

The first morning we were there, we headed over to a popular breakfast spot and were greeted with a 20-30 minute wait to be seated. It was a little cold outside that morning, so the restaurant had made arrangements with the shop next door to set up some free coffee and encouraged their patrons to do some shopping while they waited to be seated. <br /> <br />I was happy to see the coffee so I headed over and tried to get some. My reason for rejoicing stems from my discovery of what is known as "<b>Attraction Marketing</b>".<br />

My experience with old school business-building techniques and those of attraction marketing has caused me to label these two types as "Attraction Marketing" and "Distraction Marketing". Anyone who has ever been shunned from activities with their family members and friends has obviously used Distraction Marketing techniques. Thanks to <i>Attraction Marketing</i>, the days of chasing disinterested prospects and cold calling are over...at least for me.<br />

An old school ,"Distraction Marketing", sales process typically goes something like this: You introduce your family members or friends to your latest business with a great deal of enthusiasm, which is likely to be greeted with a great deal of resistance about nine out of ten times.<br />

That is the ratio that you can expect when using old school network marketing techniques. One out of ten people you talk to will be interested in joining your business, maybe two out of ten, if you are really good. This ratio leaves you with eight or nine family members and friends who may want to avoid you like the plague for the next month because they don't want to feel pressured into joining your business, in other words they don't want to be "distracted" from their activities by your sales pitch.<br />
<center><h2>Attraction Marketing Works On or Offline</h2></center><br />

One of the biggest mistakes people often make is focusing too much attention on "How" they will succeed, instead of figuring out "Why" they must succeed. If you want to be successful, you need to give some serious thought to your "Why". Identifying exactly why you must succeed will serve as the driving force behind your accomplishments, and will be the impetus to propel you forward when your initial excitement about your goals begins to fade. It's easy for people to get hung up on "How" they will succeed, but "Why?" is actually a much more powerful question. Don't believe me? <br />
<br />
Imagine someone threatened to kill you if you didn't earn $5,000 in the next month. The most important question you would need to ask yourself in this situation would be: "Why do I need to earn $5,000?" (hopefully, it would be: "so I can live") If your life depended on it, I'd be willing to bet the farm that the "How?" would figure itself out. The moral of the story: If your "Why" is strong enough, the "How" will take care of itself. You will find a way to succeed. It's kind of like the saying,"When the student is ready, the teacher will appear."<br />
<br />
You need to take a little time to do some serious thinking about your "Why". If you aren't achieving the success you want in life, it's not because you aren't capable of success, it's just that you haven't decided why you must succeed. Once you've figured out your "Why", you're well on your way to achieving the success you desire.<br />
<br />
As a sponsor in a network marketing business, it is important for you to have a plan for guiding your team away from the "How?" mentality. If someone on your team asks, "How do I become successful?" The best answer you can give is, "Why do you have to be successful?"<br />
If you can communicate the importance of first asking "Why?" instead of "How?" to your team, you will have a group of individuals who are working their business with their own strong purpose in mind. A team with that mentality in network marketing is a powerful vehicle that will drive you to success.<br />
<br />
Here are some steps to help you build a strong "Why":<br />
<br />
First, spend about an hour just thinking about your goals and dreams. Imagine your dream lifestyle in every area of your life (emotional, physical, spiritual, family, business, etc.).<br />
<br />
Next, spend about twenty minutes writing down everything you want for yourself with no limitations. Write down what you want to have, where you want to live, where you want to travel, what kind of car you want to drive, the types of relationships you want,etc. Have fun and don't worry about how you will accomplish these things right now. Remember, the point of this exercise is to build your "Why".<br />
<br />
Then, tap into the creative side of your brain by building a visualization board that represents your "dream life" in pictures. Cut out pictures from magazines, brochures, and newspapers and post them on a board in a place where you can see your "dream life" several times a day. <br />
<br />
You need to monitor the questions you ask yourself on daily basis. Make sure that you remember the power of knowing "Why" you want success. Don't fall back into the trap of worrying about "How" you will succeed. Remind yourself that it is the "Why", that will be the driving force behind your success.<br />

Don't suffer from analysis paralysis. In the beginning, spend a small amount of time learning the basics of your business, and the majority of your time doing business building activities. Think of your business like a boulder you are pushing up a hill. At first your hard work may not seem like it is paying any dividends. Remember, your opportunity is a business. You are the boss. You don't have to wait for your company to change their policy or your sponsor to return your call to take action. Your list should only include one name-you.<br /><br />4. When you have the first taste of success, step on the gas pedal and GO! In sales, the best time to make a sales call is immediately after you have made a sale. The same principle is true in network marketing. The best time to talk to someone about your business is immediately after you have had a taste of success. Your genuine enthusiasm and excitement will be obvious to your prospect.<br /><br />5. Have fun building your business! Network Marketing is all about creating a dream lifestyle for you and your family. Enjoy each step along the way.
